Post Education QualificationBusiness HeadA Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE etc.
Preference shall be given to the Candidates who possess MBA /Post graduate diploma or degree in Management or its equivalentChief Manager – IT Security4 year full time Engineering/Technology degree* in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics OR MCA/M.SC(IT)/M.Sc (Computer Science)
Other than the above, the candidate must possess Certification in CISA/CISM/CISSP/CSX
*The Institute should be recognized by Govt./Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC. For this purpose Part-Time/Correspondence courses shall not be considered
Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience in Bank/Financial Institution/Large size organization in IT/IS area, out of which last 5 years must be in one of the Information/Cyber Security Specialized area as mentioned under:
1. Cyber Security Governance/Management, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy & Data Security Laws & its implementation
2. Cyber Security Operations, exposure to security technologies like SIEM, VM, Forensics, UEBA, SOAR, TIP, DAM, Deception System, Anti-APT etc.
3. Exposure to technology risk assessments like cloud computing, IOT, SDN, Client Server applications, multi layered web applications, non-relational databases, firewalls, VPNs, IPS network and application security
4. Use of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Block chain, SDL threat hunting, automation in cyber security

Selection Process:Business Head: Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method.Chief Manager IT Security: The selection process may comprise online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion / & Interview of shortlisted candidates.
